About

Introduction

Quincehill is a family investment firm founded by Michelle and Jesse Adams following the 2021 sale of Beyond Yoga to Levi Strauss & Co. We invest our own capital and advise founders in industries we know well — primarily consumer products, with selective involvement across renewables, healthcare, sports, and real estate.

Michelle Wahler Adams

Michelle Wahler Adams is an entrepreneur, business leader, and mother. In 2005, she co-founded Beyond Yoga, building the active lifestyle brand from a concept into a global business with wholesale, ecommerce, and six retail stores — selling tens of millions of units over nearly twenty years. As CEO, she led the company through its 2021 acquisition by Levi Strauss & Co. and continued in her role post-acquisition as a member of the Levi Strauss Executive Leadership Team. Michelle was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2021 and a DEIA Visionary by the Los Angeles Times in 2023. Originally from Maryland, Michelle lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their two children and two dogs.

Jesse Adams

Jesse Adams is an experienced COO, CFO, entrepreneur, and investor. He most recently served as COO and CFO of Beyond Yoga, where he was also a co-owner, helping scale the company from $4 million to nearly $120 million in revenue and leading its 2021 sale to Levi Strauss & Co. for over $400 million. He remained in role for more than two years post-sale to ensure a successful transition. Prior to Beyond Yoga, Jesse held roles at TrueX (acquired by 21st Century Fox), MGM Studios, and as an investment banker at Cohen & Steers and Barclays Capital in New York. He has recently guest-lectured at USC’s Marshall School and the University of Delaware on founding, scaling, and selling a consumer brand. Originally from Maryland, Jesse lives in Los Angeles with his family.
